Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Guest
Cancellation requests must be made by email or phone.

1.1 Cancellation deadlines and refunds

  • Within 24 hours of booking: full refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: no refund will be issued.

1.2 No-show
In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival, no refund will be granted and the full stay will be charged.

2. Booking modification
Any modification request (change of dates, number of nights, or accommodation) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation by Villa Le Repère
In the event of exceptional circumstances (force majeure, major technical issue, or property unavailability), Villa Le Repère reserves the right to cancel a booking. The guest will then be fully refunded without any additional compensation.

4. Force majeure
No refund or compensation may be claimed in the event of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.). A rescheduling solution may be considered depending on availability.

5. Refund terms
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original booking. Processing time may vary between 7 and 14 business days from the confirmation of cancellation.
