The villa’s outdoor areas have been designed to make the most of the sunshine and the relaxed lifestyle in Fréjus, on the French Riviera. The private heated swimming pool (8×4 m), open from mid-April to the end of October, invites guests to swim while enjoying a pleasant open view stretching out to the sea. Secured with a rolling shutter, it is surrounded by sun loungers and relaxation areas ideal for unwinding.
The spa allows guests to extend moments of relaxation, while the pool house with its summer kitchen (gas plancha and refrigerator) provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining. The furnished terraces, outdoor seating areas, and shaded corners make it easy to enjoy convivial moments at any time of day.
For leisure, the villa also offers a pétanque court, a table tennis table, and 4 electric bikes + a cart available free of charge to explore the surroundings. A true outdoor living space, designed for holidays with family or friends, combining relaxation and togetherness.

The villa’s interiors offer generous spaces and a bright, welcoming atmosphere, ideal for hosting families and groups of up to 14 guests. Fully air-conditioned, the house features 5 bedrooms and 9 beds, spread over two levels, as well as 3 shower rooms / bathrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space in complete comfort.
The large living area, filled with natural light thanks to wide bay windows, opens seamlessly onto the terraces and the pool. It includes a comfortable lounge area, a convivial dining space for group meals, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen designed for sharing warm and social moments.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with a library corner, television, and XXL video projector creates a dedicated relaxation area.
A separate games room completes the villa’s facilities. It is fully equipped with a pool table, foosball table, arcade machine, TV, lounge area with sofa and pouf, as well as a kitchen area and a toilet.
